Quartzophone crystal instruments create a peaceful atmosphere that encourages relaxation, renewal, and healing. These remarkable instruments are valued for individual healing sessions, group sound experiences, and live performances alike.
Sound and vibration practitioners incorporate the Quartzophone Crystal Lyre, Crystal Harp, or one of the smaller crystal instruments into their practice, either on its own or alongside other sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and more.
Quartzophone Crystal Harp or Crystal Lyre: Which One Should You Choose?
What They Have in Common:
- The Quartzophone L1 Crystal Lyre and the H2 Crystal Harp produce the same rich spectrum of harmonics, the same resonances, and the same pure crystal sound. Their eight crystal tubes are identical in size, they share the same mounting system, and both are tuned from low C to high C.
- Both the Crystal Lyres and Crystal Harps are available in 432 Hz for wellness practitioners or in 440 Hz or 442 Hz for musicians.
- Each instrument is lightweight and comfortable to hold, making it easy to gently wave the instrument and let its vibrations flow. They can also be placed on a flat surface or on their stand and played with two mallets.
What Makes Them Different:
- The Quartzophone Crystal Lyre features a transparent acrylic frame.
- The Quartzophone H2 and H3 Crystal Harps feature wooden frames.
- The entry-level H3 model has a slightly smaller formant and includes folding legs that tuck inward.
Why the Crystal Duo and Crystal Solo?
By gently striking one or two tubes and allowing the crystal vibrations to naturally resonate, these instruments produce rich, penetrating harmonics that can be felt throughout the body. Small instruments with extraordinary effects!
The Crystal Duo is a two-tube instrument tuned to F#. The slight difference in frequency between the two tubes creates a gentle rhythmic pulse that helps calm the mind, harmonize the chakras, and promote a greater sense of well-being.
The Crystal Solo is a single-tube instrument, also tuned to F#. Despite its simplicity, it is remarkably versatile—ideal for accompanying singing or meditation, balancing energy, purifying a space, and much more.
