Hello to you beautiful soul. My name is Áshildur and I am a mother of four, a teacher and a life coach who has also studied yoga nidra and the benefits of relaxation with a focused intention. My work with people is aimed at creating wellbeing and harmony of the body, mind and soul. For the last 7 years I have used gongs, the Crystal lyre, singing bowls and Koshi bells in my guided sound healing classes with wonderful results, varying from achieving stillness of the mind to releasing difficult emotions or tension in the body. People come to me to nurture themselves with a time out from daily life, to experience a sense of peace and timelessness within their being and to feel their energy move.
