"The Quartzophone is the most beautiful instrument in my collection, without a doubt. As beautiful and pure as its appearance, the sounds are truly magical and ethereal. The depth, purity and clarity of tone are unmatched and the vibrations are both joyful and serene. This is an essential tool for space clearing and therapeutic work of all genres. Most importantly, it is an invaluable self-healing tool-it induces a meditative state within seconds. It is and remains one of my most treasured possessions."

The Quartzophone H2 is a unique instrument which creates an unparalleled harmonic that you will find to be soothing, relaxing and meditative. The H2's dynamic tones resonate with all who experience it. The Canadian Birdseye maple wood frame of the Quartzophone H2 has a warm, natural feel and look. It is very popular in Europe and is now available in the USA.

Maple Wood or Acrylic?

The Canadian Birdseye maple wood frame of the Quartzophone H2 is about a half pound lighter than the acrylic frame of the Quartzophone L1. The decision on wood or acrylic is completely personal to your preferences. Both instruments play and create the same outstanding harmonics. Many like H2 because its wood frame makes it easier to see the crystal tubes while playing.

Created by Gaudry Normand of Mine Cristal in Canada, the design is ergonomic and makes it easy and comfortable to hold and play. It rests comfortably on your arm or can be played on a table. It is slim and light weight frame makes it extremely easy to play.

Playing the Quartzophone H2

No, you do not need to be a musician. Most of those who purchase a Quartzophone H2 are not musicians. The H2 can be played on its own or with other musical instruments including singing bowls, tuning forks or any orchestral or native instruments. Use the H2 for group meditations, at yoga studios, meditation centers, alternative healing sessions and spiritual gatherings. Many will play at solo concerts or with other musicians.

For those with a musical background, the Quartzophone H2 has the eight notes in the octave of the C major scale tuned to 432 Hz. Each tube is perfect pitch (within +- 5 cents), true tone for those familiar with singing bowls. If you are working with alternative health, the H2 works directly with the major chakra centers, root to crown.

Included with Each Quartzophone H2

About the Mallets

The Quartzophone H2 comes with two felt-covered round ended strikers. This special design creates a pure and powerful tone and prevents unwanted noises like you might get with singing bowls. By simply tapping lightly on the tubes and by gliding the striker over several tubes, the player can easily create a sustained synergy of sound, a “crystal symphony!”

Displaying the Quartzophone H2

Each instrument comes with a clear, sturdy acrylic stand. The stand has two metal pegs which fit in to small holes at the base of the instrument to ensure that it does not slide off.

This unique structure gives optimal vibration space to the tubes and creates a unique, divine sound!

I am so happy with this instrument. the combination of the maplewood and crystal is beautiful. I am hearing the tones even as I have stepped away. I can't wait to share it with my patients. Playing to the birds today was magic. This is truly an instrument of enchantment.
